Live Green, Love Green, Grow Green.

You Down?

Our vision is to become a leader in cultivating outdoor, organic cannabis utilizing sustainable agricultural technologies.

7 Farms Down is intending to penetrate the cannabis cultivation market in Canada and will be applying for a Standard Cultivation Licence. Located in Southwestern, Ontario in the municipality of Chatham-Kent on an 80-acre plot of prime agricultural land, the planned outdoor cultivation operation would yield 3,800 kilograms of cannabis a year.

Using established measures in current agricultural, our farm will transfer and tailor these methods over to outdoor cannabis.

This will ultimately allow us to reduce the cost per gram for high-quality cannabis and increase yields while fully complying with current rules and regulations provided by Health Canada through the Cannabis Act.

Co-founded by 6th generation farmers Jason and Bill Guttridge and cousin Jay Glasier, the family grew up in Chatham-Kent 7 farms down from the operation and have sourced local property, equipment and human resources complimenting their managing team. It is their passion to garner the excitement from others in the industry who share their values to ensure the long term viability of outdoor cannabis.
